Celebrate God's Presence

Exploration, critique and use of "Celebrate God's Presence," "Voices United" and "More Voices," primary worship resources of the United Church of Canada; their history and development; contemporary theological, liturgical, pastoral concerns; worship planning and leadership; collegiality among clergy, musicians and lay leaders. Methods: lectures, seminars, readings, written assignments, workshops, worship planning, worship; weekly 2-hour sessions. Prerequisite: basic course in liturgy or permission of the instructors.
