This course explores the theology and practice of ministry within the Reformed tradition and how this relates to the students' emerging pastoral identity. Topics include: the call, functions and roles of ministry, challenges and contexts of ministry, leadership and authority in a pluralistic context, self care in ministry, spiritual practices. Lectures, discussions, reading, reflections, final paper.
