Introduction to the Practice of Ministry

Explores various aspects of ministry, in particular ordained and diaconal ministry today. Topics include our understanding of ministry, challenges to ministry today and in the future, worship leadership, leadership and authority, and varieties of ministry in the church today. Various methods of presentation (small group, lecture, discussion). Book report and reflection paper. Prerequisite: Knox students should have completed Human Growth and Spiritual Journey.
