Preaching in Ministry

This course is designed to expose students to the range of preaching opportunities and challenges they will find in serving a church throughout the year. The course will explore preaching the church year, preaching on special holidays or occasions like funerals and weddings, and various sermon forms, and homiletical theories. Class participation, journal, sermons. Prerequisite: basic course in Homiletics.
