Application to the 2015-2016 DMin Program now Open

The Toronto School of Theology is pleased to announce that applications to the Doctor of Ministry program for entry in the 2015-2016 academic year are now being accepted. For more information on the DMin program and how to apply, please see the DMin homepage.

The deadline for application is Monday, December 1, 2014 for international applications and Monday, January 5, 2015 for domestic applications.

Advanced Degree Administrator Appointed

TST is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr. David Wagschal as Advanced Degree Administrator and Assistant Registrar. David fills the vacancy created when Jenn Neufeld accepted an appointment at Emmanuel College. Dr. Wagschal has a PhD from the University of Durham, and has been an adjunct instructor at Trinity College. He was formerly Director of Admissions and Financial Aid at St. Vladimir’s Seminary, Yonkers, New York.

TST Mourns Former TST Director

We were very sad to learn of the loss of Chris Lind, the Director of the Toronto School of Theology (TST) from 2003 to 2006, who died on the morning of Friday, July 11, after a long struggle with cancer.

New Agreement between TST and the University of Toronto

The relationship between the Toronto School of Theology (TST) and the University of Toronto is defined by a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), which is revised periodically. This document establishes certain mutual obligations, primarily in matters of academic policy, academic services, and financial arrangements. Most importantly, it establishes our regime of conjoint degrees, by which most degrees offered by TST member colleges are awarded conjointly by the University of Toronto.
