AD Information & Procedures

The Advanced Degree Office at 47 Queen's Park Crescent East, 2nd floor is the central administrative office for the Advanced Degree programs. The AD Office hosts AD Orientation, sets up the language courses and exams, records grades of comprehensives on ROSI, reports competions of thesis proposals to the Advanced Degree Council and organizes thesis examinations. The below links are meant to provide helpful information to supplement the handbooks, but please note that the handbooks remain the authoritative guide for the AD programs.

Advanced Degree Listserv

Are you an AD student, but not on the listserv? Join now! The TST Advanced Degree Office communicates about important information such as scholarships by sending announcements to the listserv, so joining the listserv is an important way to stay informed.
