This course explores themes in fundamental moral theology that are required for an understanding of the moral subject and contemporary moral issues. Topics include: a review of key ethical methodologies; the formation and role of conscience and ethical norms; the role of freedom, responsibility, the Christian community and magisterial teaching, virtue, and sin and conversion.
