Deadline for Submission of Master's Research Paper or Research Portfolio for students who continued into their second year in the MA program and intend to graduate in the Spring.
Last day for GCTS Office to receive Master's Research Paper (MRP) or Research Portfolio for students (in in second year of study or higher at EMC, KNX, TRN & WYC) in the MA program for students to eligible to graduate in Spring 20XX.

Last day for GCTS Office to receive ThM (II) Extended Essay for examination from students wishing to graduate in the Spring (EMC, KNX, TRN & WYC). See 9.4 of ThM Handbook.

Last day for Students in SPE Courses (TSP355XY) to Change Level - for Winter and Full-year units
The last day by which students can notify their home college registrar of change of level for SPE for the TSP355XY group of course codes for Winter and full-year units. Request for change in level needs to be accompanied by a letter from the hospital/unit. After this date students will be graded on the level indicated on their offer letter from the site.

Last Day to Drop Winter & Full-year SPE Courses (TSP355XY series) without Academic Penalty
Date by which students can drop the TSP355XY series of SPE courses without academic penalty. After this date students will be graded on work submitted and the level in which they were registered in according to the offer letter from the unit site which was presented for registration.
